Our Employability and Workplace Skills course offers students the opportunity to earn Level (60 credits) OTHM diploma, which is intended to provide them the skills they need to be successful in the workforce. You can begin the online course at any moment; it is entirely flexible. Each module includes 40 hours of guided online instruction plus an extra 30 to 50 hours of supplementary content, such as suggested readings, activities, digital resources, and self-test assignments. Each level of the course requires you to turn in six online assignments totaling between 2,000 and 3,000 words. After completing your course, you will receive an OTHM diploma and have the option to upgrade to bachelor’s degree at several UK universities.

There are six units in the Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Employability and Workplace Skills:

Planning and developing a career
Controlling one’s own performance
Development on a personal and professional level
Skills for employment
Operating in a commercial setting
Controlling resources

Each module includes 40 hours of guided instruction plus an extra 30 to 50 hours of supplementary materials, including suggested readings, activities, online resources, and self-testing tasks. There are six written assignments for the Level Foundation Diploma in Employability and Workplace Skills. Each assignment is between 2,000 and 3,000 words. Through the “Tutor” area of the learning platform, students receive assistance with the modules and tasks.
